What is the lead time?

We offer local delivery to the greater Phoenix area for a modest fee. This comes with full service setup, installation, and run through.

Yes, each cold plunge is covered by a 1-year warranty on the chest freezer and it's components covering any mechanical or structural defect.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, you can choose our Shop Pay option or 0% interest for 12 months through Affirm in checkout (subject to approval).

Do you offer set up and installation?

Local deliveries come with full service setup, installation, and run through. All orders come with a user manual which contains instructions on how to set up, install and maintain your new cold plunge.
